DGAFMS Recruitment 2025 : Directorate General of Armed Forces Medical Services has invited applications for various Group C posts. The application process for which will begin from 7 January 2025. DGAFMS has issued a short notice in this regard. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by 6 February 2025 by visiting the official website dgafms24.onlineapplicationform.org.
The total number of vacancies is 113. There are two vacancies for General, 44 for EWS, 44 for OBC, 9 for ST and 14 for SC. Candidates will be appointed on various posts including Carpenter, Joiner, Tradesman Mate, Multi Tasking Staff, Lab Attendant, Cook, Fireman, Accountant, Stenographer Grade-2 Lower Division Clerk, Photographer. Candidates are advised to read the official notification before applying.
Who can fill the form? (DGAFMS Vacancy)
For the post of accountant, candidates must have a B.Com degree. For stenographer, lower division clerk and store keeper, 12th pass candidates can fill the form. For photographer, candidates should have a diploma in the relevant field. For other posts, 10th pass candidates can apply. The age limit prescribed for all posts is minimum 18 years. The maximum age limit for accountant is 30 years. For the rest of the posts it is 25 or 27 years.
Selection Process (Sarkari Naukari 2025)
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test, typing test or trade test. The written test will be of 100 marks. Questions will be asked from General Intelligence and Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English and General Awareness. Its duration will be 2 hours. Candidates are advised to read the notification for additional information related to eligibility and selection process.
